Service rep Valerie was great but the rest of the experience was bad. Your appointments need to fixed. Last 2 times I've come I've had to wait over 30 min(45 min this time) to be checked in. There's no point in having appointments if it takes that long. There's no urgency by anyone either except the manager. Don't like that it falls on the customer to order parts for the repair either. No other mechanic I've been to does that. Didn't use to be that way either. On top of that the parts(tires) were the in yet. Was offered a more expensive set instead. Felt a lot like a bait and swtich which I know dealerships have a bad rap for. In the end the manager accommodated us and provide a discount but it shouldn't have to come to that. Lastly, make sure your porters are paying attention as they had a guy move lanes but they weren't guiding him and the guy hit my car. Porter didn't care too much and laughed it off. Luckily there wasn't any visible damage. Valerie was great and patient and did what she could but overal a horrible experience.

Experienced most longest waiting in Norm Reeves Honda for 8 years since I bought car from here.
Before today, all my services were done within 1-3 hours.
Today II came to store at 7:40 am and finished advise at 8:30.Then I saw my car were placed at parking lot for almost 3 hours until I ask help from another advisor who helped to contact the technician team, then my service started at 11:15 , and finished at 12:10 pm.
The whole process is highly time & money consuming for simple maintenance services.
I hope it won’t happen again in my next services.
