Ramblin Diego was very nice and courteous
However the wait time WITH appointment is ****. Check in at 8:23 for 8:30 appointment, I retrieved my car at 10:12, what’s the use of appointment if we have to wait that long. Hope this can be improved, do NOT overfill appointment, stacking up = misleading, you just let us wait when it’s better if you open the appointment per service and give the true time we have to be there (30minutes or 40 minutes the most)
