You charged me 2700 and didn’t fix the issue. I will be bringing it back and calling in about this. Incredibly disappointed

Every time we brought the car in for repairs, there was a diagnostics charge. That would be waved or considered part of the repair cost if we agreed to do the repairs. Evidently not this time, we had to pay the diagnostic AND the repairs charges.
