Someone in your staff likely took a nap in my car while it was at your facility. The front passenger seat was declined all the way back to the second row and was left like that. There was NO reason for the seat to have been declined in that position. Courtesy would have been to put the seat back in the position I left it in. Extremely disappointed your employees don't respect the customers cars.

My car was done as promised. Waiting area is very clean and spacious and the complimentary cafe/cookies wonderful. And mostly appreciated is the service/parts are quite reasonable compared to other Honda dealerships in town. Also miss the coupons.

I've been coming to Norm Reeves Honda for service for a miner of years and definitely thought that former service advisors Joshua Martinez and Carlos M. were true examples of the Honda service model. Today was my first experience with Valerie. She told me my vehicle would be ready in a couple of hours my car was dropped off close to 10. She promised to call be with a more precise estimate. I text her through the app and got no update i finally called at 1230 to get update gave me price but no time told me would call back in a few min Didn't get a call till an hour later to say my car ready in 15 min Totally disappointed with her lack of communication
