Sean did a superb job as customer service rep.; however, the servicing part of the vehicle is out of his control. While replacing the manufacturing recalled AC condenser, technician certified the condenser was the only faulty item and the refrigerant lines were all good. After the replacement work completed, the AC failed to deliver cool air and the technician’s follow up examination yield a leak in the line, the line replacement will cost over $600. How was the refrigerant line damaged when it was initially certified intact and become leaking after the condenser is replaced. Should Norm Reeves be responsible to restore the refrigerant line’s condition to before the work was done? Please advise.

I brought my vehicle in for some due bill items that they scheduled for me and I had trouble trying to find someone to help me. Every body keep passing me on to someone else. Finally after I’ve been there for about :45 min Javier came out to help me out. He said he would take care of the issues on the the due bill. I also told him there was another issue with the car and he said put it on the overnight envelope they gave me and it should be look at. He did write it up for me. I also needed a loaner and he had to go get permission for an extra day because of thanksgiving. I was able to get a loaner as soon as the manager got back cause he had the keys of the loaner under lock box. It took almost an hour and a half to check my car in and get a loaner because nobody wanted to help me or new what to do.after about 4 days I got a message that my car was ready to pick up and a part would be ordered and I would have to come back to get it installed. I asked the service technician if they would call me when the part arrived and he said they order a lot of parts and I would have to email him to see if the parts have arrived and then make an appointment to get it installed. They would not call me. I think it would be better if they would keep track of the parts and call the customer when they arrive instead of vice versa. I also asked since my car was going to be taken to Snyders to get one of the issues fixed it they could charge my vehicle. Javier stated that he asked around but said they don’t have chargers seem odd to me since they charged my vehicle before I took it home when I first bought it. Very disappointing.
