The representative clearly didn’t respect my time. Had he been honest/accurate with his estimate on how long I would have to wait, I would’ve elected for a shuttle ride home. Even once my car was ready I wasn’t notified, I had to go ask another employee the status (cause my service rep was no where to be found)and was informed that it’s ready ( and I presume had been ready for awhile but no one told me). What a waste of my time.
