I replied to the text sent to me from the dealer at 11:00 asking if I had any questions…I replied 3 times for updates and never heard back. My car was there from 9-2 when I finally called and the first person could not help me and said Nicole was at lunch. I pushed to get someone to help me as I needed an update. They finally found Nicole and she said my car was ready. I approved An air filter change at noon and it said everything else on my car was complete. I needed my car before I picked my kids up from school and I should have been called earlier. There was no sense of urgency whatsoever. No one should have their car that long for two simple recalls and an oil change….especially with an appt. It’s crazy to think people don’t need their cars back. The response I got was “don’t worry, we close at 6”. That is not a good answer. I have Three kids to pick up from school, all their after school sports and games and I’m already driving 30 min each way with no traffic. At 6:00, it would take me an hour to get home. A little courtesy goes a long way.

Workers I came across has a friendly smile and are courteous. Trinity the service rep is nice, polite and professional. I will give her an A score because everything went well and she’s always on top in anything you ask. This is my second time and if possible I would like her my service advisor.
There’s one thing I remember I didn’t get any video being perform wherever they do the job. Is that an option to request it now?
