Valerie remembered me when I took my car that needed a few maintenance as a service advisor and this was my 2nd time having her as my service advisor. It took a while for my car to be finished and when it was done she advised me that there was a leak “oil” under my car so they cleaned it and told me she’ll keep watch of it next time I return. In other words; she had answered all my questions that I had and recommended me the stuff that needed to be replaced next time I come back with my car.

I didnt think for an oil change it would take 2 hours after havan appt. And they didnt give me time to answer the question if I denied or approved service before making the decision for me so they had to put my suv back to change the filters. And then they didnt reset my notification of maintenance due soon B1 so I had to drive back in so an attendant could reset it. So I wasn't pleased with my service. Unsatisfied completely!
