Andrew, the Service Counsellor, was very detailed, listened to my concerns & gave advice accordingly. I , especially , enjoyed the hot dog he brought me & appreciated his flexibility in allowing me to pick up the serviced car while I needed more time to finish the work that I brought in from home . He also did a test-drive before returning the car to me to make sure the “ low tire pressure” light did not pop up again while there were times that I had to bring back my car right away after leaving the lot .after driving down couple blocks to have the tire pressure adjusted . All in all, I was happy & satisfied with this experience.
