Made an appt at 3pm for an oil change, called again to move it up to 1:40. Arrived at 1:40pm, told to wait for someone to be seen. Service person called us at 2:09. At 3:10, our vehicle was still not yet on the rack. I mentioned this to our service person, he said he would check. He never came back to offer an explanation. Our vehicle was put on the rack at 3:15. At the same time, another vehicle rolled up without an appt, and his vehicle vehicle was up on the rack within 10 mins. Our vehicle was finally completed at 3:30. Why did I make an appt at all?
