Went in for an oil change but the service person found more things wrong with the car. It is a 2007 so I could definitely understand things going bad so I did not doubt the service needed. Since it was going to take longer than expected they let me borrow a loaner car. My car was ready the next morning.

We have been happy with our service through West Covina Honda. However, today I had a 9am appointment for an oil change/tire rotation/ brake inspection that took forever. I was informed it would take 1 hr 30 min- 1 hr 45 min, so I waited. 3 hours later with no update was unacceptable. I was very disappointed with my service today. I didn’t even get an apology for the long wait time.
