First off the entire interaction was great. Paul assisted me with the upmost professionalism. Explained all the issues with my car and provided me with the information in a matter that I could understand. He worked in having my AC fixed just in time for summer. I was able to drop off the car early and he took care of a lot of the paperwork for me. Called and texted me when the car was ready and quickly assisted during pickup. My car is back to normal and I couldn’t be happier with it. I have always had my car serviced at West Covina and hands down the interaction with Paul has been the nicest and most professional one I’ve had. I truly believe an individual like him is an immense asset in the service industry. Can’t say enough good things.
