At the time of paying I was ran through what the technicians findings were. Techs recommendations were to replace the cabin air filter and engine air filter at the next service. If they could have brought that to my attention after the inspection I would have appreciated being asked if I wanted that to be addressed then and there instead of at the next service. A red box being checked requires attention. I’d appreciate the option to square it away immediately or to defer to later.

Everything was great. Service was amazing and I know the car was going to take longer to get back then I expected so they offered me a rental so I wasn’t stuck at the shop. My car was finished the day I brought it in but I was **** with family matters. We all agreed it would be easier to return and pick up tomorrow due to time. Felt that made things less stressful for me. I love that you have cars to rent out versus that rental place Hertz. Never liked Hertz. One thing I did not like was the waiting for a half hour or so in my car when I had an appointment. Other then that my visit was really great. Felt that everything was taken care of.

Gabriela checked me in but I wasn’t checked out by her. She was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was nice and courteous just unhappy with the wait time from when I saw that my car was finished to when i actually left. My car keys weren’t with my paperwork so i ended up waiting another 15 minutes to get them. The staff was very apologetic and found my keys in no tune. It wasn’t an issue for me, but I can imagine other people may be upset.
