Gabby was great. Before coming to your service department. I went to Honda of Montclair. I took my car to Montclair the first day and they couldn't figure out to problem. They didnt have a rental for me. I was told they would contact me when they had a rental. I waited 3 weeks and I kept calling them every week and no resolution. I went to Norm reeves in West covina and all done in 24 hours. Thank you and Gabby was professional. Will continue to do business with you all.

My service rep stated that my vehicle had to have the transmission and brake fluid replaced according to the code on the dashboard. After I looked into it, the vehicle only stated that it is recommended to have it inspected. So I feel the rep misled me. I have a feeling with the decline in customers due to the pandemic, he has to push and lie harder to upsell. But now I won't believe them when the recommend something. Partly my fault for not researching first.
