Wait time was very long even though I had an appointment. while i was waiting for my car to b serviced...my car was untouched for over an hour. Seemed like most employees went to lunch and left cars unattended. Another thing that there was a nail in my tire and my tires are under warranty and they didn’t replace my rire. They just patched it up. I wa there for 2 hrs and 30 minutes. For an oil change and patched tire???
