Brandon did a great job with his service. But we were disappointed with the dept/team that actually do the recall on our vehicle. They left a small bump on the dash board right in front of the driver seat. It was too obvious that even it was already repaired it didn't go back to how it was used to be. Include the hassle that we have to go back & wait for almost 2 hrs for it to get fixed. When we also got it the first time when they did the recall, my husband noticed that part where the steering wheel is attached was not pushed all the way. So it didn't clicked/hooked back properly when parts where placed back by whoever do the recall.

I was only happy with the service I received from Brandon, the associate I was assigned to for my appointment. However, I was highly dissatisfied with the amount if time I waited for my oil change. My appointment was at 12:00pm and I even arrived 15 minutes before my appointment exactly at 11:45pm and I didn’t leave until 3:00pm. I was told it would only take about 90 minutes and normally I don’t mind waiting but the fact that it took 3 hours made me feel like my time was being waisted and almost like my time didn’t matter. The associate Brandon provided excellent service, and even provided a discount as a curtesy.
But What is upsetting to me is how no one bothered to cover for his clients while he left for lunch. I had to go up to someone while he was out on lunch to ask what was the status on my vehicle and they gave me an excuse that they were short staffed but that my car was basically done and were finishing up my paper work. But a total of 50 minutes still passed after I inquired for it at 2:00pm.
The associate did apologize and emphasized which I truly appreciated however wasting 3 hours of my time was not pleasant. I’m not one to complain since I understand things happen but my overall experience was not met like it usually has in the past.
