The wait time for me to get my car serviced was ridiculous. I waited there for the vehicle. Told the rep that I would be waiting. My appointment was at 1:20 and I didn't leave until 3:55 and that is because I went and asked multiple times for my car to get serviced faster. At that point there is no point in an appointment

The service was excellent the agent was excellent trying to get an appointment was another story. I called on a Monday specifically for this agent they told me he wasn't an so I left a message didn't receive a call on Wednesday so I called back and they said he wasn't in that day I said okay call back I
I'm not sure one other day and they told me they he was there but they couldn't find him which I knew wasn't true. It's so important to be truthful with your clients if he's not there if he's going to be out for a few days that's fine just tell me and if you don't know when he'll be back have someone call and say you know what you left a message he's not available whatever how can we help you or do you want to wait for him to come back.
