When I received the call that my vehicle was ready,I had asked my advisor specifically to remind the shuttle man that I would like to be picked up at three, which I had confirmed with the shuttle man, but I was worried he would forget. It was very important that I get picked up at three because no one would be at my work to take me if I was left stranded.My advisor assured me that he would connect with him and let him know and remind him. At 3 PM, I stood outside waiting, and finally called, and after four phone calls because nobody answered the phone at the advisor desks, I was transferred to 3 different people who I was told were " at their desks, I can see them there, they're available," and NONE of them answered their phones when I was transferred, I then FINALLY got connected with the driver who told me he" forgot all about me". I don't blame the driver, it sounded like he was juggling a lot aside from shuttling people around. People make mistakes and forget. But I didn't appreciate being told that those3 advisors were sitting at their desks without someone in front of them and I was transferred to them and they didn't answer their phone I also had asked my advisor, Shawn, to remind the driver and it sounds like maybe that didn't happen.. I also had a few negative experiences with Jolene who was extremely short tempered and seemed to want me to just go away when I asked how I contact the shuttle when I initially scheduled the service appointment, funny that that ended up being one of the issues.. She insisted that I don't need to know that and will work with my advisor, several times.. She really negatively impacted my customer experience with how she spoke to me on the telephone. It took me over a month to get my service appointment scheduled because she didn't return my voicemails. She told me she "never got them", which is the second time she has told me that, in 2 years, two separate servicing needs. Maybe someone in IT should check her voicemail system . Needless to say, I will never recommend someone buy a vehicle from this dealership. This is the second time that I have had a negative experience. I work in public service and deal with people daily in a Customer Service capacity, and I would never speak to people or treat them the way that I've been treated at this dealership. When my phone rings and someone needs me, I answer it. When I receive a phone call from someone needing help, I don't try and end the call as quickly as possible and make them feel like a total inconvenience. The best rule of thumb is to speak to everyone the way you would want someone else to speak to your grandmother. some great unsolicited advice. Thanks for reading. Best of luck to you. Again, I don't want the shuttle man, John, to get in any sort of trouble, he was very nice and just forgot, he just didn't get reminded like I had requested.

I would have had them put in my air filters and cabin filters but that is way too expensive I will buy them myself and install them, it only takes a couple of minutes for cabin and or engine filter what you charge to put one filter in is ridiculous especially when he puts the old one back in
