I blame myself. I brought the car in to have a trailer hitch installed. The hitch was installed as expected, and very quickly. The problem is only a hitch was installed. I was expecting a hitch and wiring. It’s totally my fault for not asking the right questions when making the appointment..

When i walked in to pick up my vehicle there were 3 employees talking like they were not talking about business. Not greeting me. I feel like an employee should acknowledge a customer upon entering the service area immediately even if they can't help you right away. I felt unimportant.
