The replacement of my brakes, rotors and transmission service was fine. I appreciated the shuttle service. My issue was with the 3% add on to use a credit card. I had called ahead and received a service price, when I dropped my car off and they gave me an estimate there was never mention that there was an additional cost to pay with a credit card. I would have returned with my check book to save that additional amount. I have no problem with the 3% charge - just make sure customers know that ahead of having the service done, including quotes. This should be verbally and also a large sign where payments are made. Mr Estrada the service rep was kind enough discount the service enough to cover the additional cost. However the whole experience and the fact I can go other service places for less, I doubt I will be back to Rapids Honda.
