Drew has always been phenomenal! My mother and myself strictly only want to use drew as we feel like he is trustworthy and able to take care of our vehicle. He is down to earth and easy to explain stuff to. He genuinely shows that he cares about us as customers and about our Hondas. On the off chance that he is not there we use Matt as he has always walked and talked us through our vehicles management with such knowledge and understanding. I've recommended both services staff to friends and family who also agree and strictly only use them. I literally got a friend to purchase from Honda rapids because of my overall experience with drew. The other few older staff members feel like con men. They literally talk in circles as if they truly have no idea what is going on. Like I've seen them ask drew what to do multiple times and put paperwork on his desk as I'm literally speaking with drew. My mom and other friends also feel the same. We actually hated going to Honda rapids for a year or so when we initially got the CRV because these older staff members were so bad. But drew and Matt have made this experience an overall positive and pleasant time! Honestly a lot of the new staff members around the facility have been great as they give a warm welcome to everyone that walks in and aren't pushy or overbearing in the slightest. They show the Honda members where the coffee is and treat us like family and not a waking wallet. Seriously this last year the staff have been a lot better--managment should be proud of the team!

Great Service. Although it took some time for parts, I was thankful to have a loaner car and the communication on updates was appreciated. I feel safer driving now that things are fixed. The customer lounge was very clean and comfortable to spend time in as well.

I dropped my car off on Monday at 7:30 am. I talked to the guy at check in and told him I could pick up the car around 4:30/5:00. I returned at 5:00 and my car’s service was not completed. The guy asked me if someone had called me to let me know. Nobody had called. I live in Robbinsdale and work in. Brooklyn Park. I would not have driven to Brooklyn Park then Coon Rapids only to turn around and drive to Robbinsdale. I wish someone would have called me to tell me it would take another day. I also asked at check in to get my license plates. When I picked up my car, the new license plates were not on my car. I had to go back in and ask for them again.
