Working with Chad Z. Was awesome. He got me in early and kept me updated on the work. He advised what needed to be done now and what could wait. I never feel pressured, nor do I feel like they suggest items that don't need work. I was completely satisfied with my experience and I trust the mechanics that work on my car. My only issue is that some items can be a bit pricey. Like filters costing close to $100, but I guess the prices at dealerships run a bit more.

Drew does a great job. I’d hire him for an employee for sure.
When I drop my truck off, I expect it to come back the same way or better than when I left it. If the seat gets moved to accommodate your driver, move it back. If they need to adjust the steering wheel up and in to drive the vehicle, put it back. If there is some good reason that the lights need to be turned from auto to off, put them back to auto. If the temperature needs to be adjusted to low as it is driven to the wash and out of the garage, put it back to where it was.
Please explain to me why all these adjustments were necessary to apply Auto Butler. If I am wrong, and it does need to be done, I ask that they put everything back to where it was. Or I will be more than happy to carefully maneuver the vehicle to where it needs to go.
I have had nothing but good experiences at Rapids Honda. I am glad I get to work with Drew. I am just frustrated today with the 3 hour plus appointment that was supposed to be two. Then to have the interior as it was didn’t make me very happy.

I brought in my car for an oil change with Mikey. Sadly there was a problem with the filter and was told to come back in so they could fix it. A quick hour later I was back at home. The next day I noticed oil all over my garage. I called Rapids Honda and got set up with Drew. Here I was told it would be a minimum of 144$ to fix because they couldn't find anything wrong. The next day I was told my filter was screwed in crooked. Umm… How could it be crooked when they already checked it 3 times? In addition, I did not have to pay the 144$ yet they used a half a tank of gas running it to make sure it did not leak again. This took a considerable time out of my weekend and led me to almost miss 2 shifts. Questioning whether or not to come back.
