Michael was very nice and worked us right in. We thought the problem with the upgrade your software was fixed yesterday, but we had 2 more updates today and the message said you enable upgrades was disabled. First thing we were told it was enabled and second thing is why 2 more upgrades today?? This makes us 66 plus year olds uncomfortable with our vehicle and questioning if we made a good decision. Please help us be more comfortable. This doesn’t.

I don’t need a callback, however I wanted to express that it took nearly an hour and a half for just an oil change/tire rotation. That seems a bit long considering you can go to just about any oil change place and get the same service in half the time or quicker. I’m not gonna complain too much since my service was free from buying a new vehicle with Rapids Honda, but if the service wasn’t free I’m not sure I would be back.
