I brought my Car in for PART of the 100,000 service because the entire service is quite expensive. I dropped off my car the night before and noted on the envelope what I wanted. I also checked the box to call me about the service. No call. When the service was complete I was informed that the entire 100,000 service was performed with the commensurate cost. I’m happy that my car got the entire service but I am not happy that I was not consulted before performing it.

I dropped off my vehicle for Auto-Butler paint protection, rust prevention, and LoJack transfer. After the car was with your team from 9 AM to 5 PM, Matt informed me at pickup that the paint protection and LoJack transfer had not been completed, requiring an additional wait while they were finished. Matt explained these should have been done upon delivery. Since this was a transfer from your sister store, the services were never performed there either.

Shawn was extremely helpful. Thank you. Two things that still need to be addressed but don’t have anything to do with Shawn 1)We went back in to pick up the handle but there was not time to have it put on. So, my husband took the handle and put it on himself. He was told that the installation fee would be refunded but that it couldn’t be done til the following day when Shawn was back in to process it. We were told someone would contact us and let us know it was finished but we haven’t been contacted yet. 2) After I left the dealership, a few hours later when I was driving the computer system did a hard reset that I have never seen happen before. The whole screen went black and it took a few minutes to reboot itself which was not ideal because I was using maps in the cities. The next day, the computer system again did the same thing. This is concerning and we are unsure why this would be happening after leaving the dealership. My husband asked about this when he was getting the handle and was told it would be noted on the account and they would let us know they had done that when they called to confirm the amount for installation put back on our card.

Feb 16, 2026 Matt Wirig did a great job again with my 2019 Ford Explorer I bought there last year. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and left with it done and clean within an hr even though they were really busy. I did have an appt but they just happened to be super busy but everything was all good, again. Thanks Matt
