Matt was a wonderful advisor and advocate! He made sure Rapids Honda had all the parts available and gave an estimate which beat the other one I had from elsewhere. When I went to pay it was even less because Matt and the mechanic were able to do something which cost less with same mechanical results! I appreciated the loaner car Matt provided and that my car work was completed in a day! When I went to pay, Matt had the car washed and brought inside because it was icy outside. That was really thoughtful!! I feel I can trust Matt and that’s important me!! Thank you Matt as well as the mechanic who worked on my car!!

Mechanics and service advisor did a great job, however i’m rather upset and honestly confused as to how my leased vehicle thats only 2 years old is completely missing an extremely important safety feature, and I had to pay the cost to replace the part when it explicitly states in my lease agreement that repairs that I just had are not my responsibility as it isn’t normal wear and tear like tires, brake pads, oil changes etc. If the dealership has to eat the cost of maintenance because the warranty policy is not consumer friendly, I feel like due to these circumstances this repair should have been at no cost to me.
