Brought my vehicle in last December, has been frequently not starting due to an emissions issue . Was told by Lucas Smith that the only fix for the vehicle needed a part that wasn’t available. When the part was finally available I brought the vehicle in for repair, 6 hours into the day was called and told I needed an additional part (another $160) in order for the vehicle to start consistently. the next day the emissions light was back on and the vehicle has had issues starting again. I am confused and disappointed.

Was not acknowledged in the service area for a good 10 minutes when I arrived to check in despite at least 4 people sitting at their check in desks. Service was done sooner than expected but they didn’t bother to let me know even though they knew I was waiting there. I walked up to the desk to ask and they said it was done for a while.
I then got a sales call the next day asking if I wanted to do a trade in or if I was happy with my vehicle. ????
