I came in for an oil change at the appointed time. They also rotated my tires. For those two things it took an hour and a half. Then when I drove away I got an error message that I needed recalibration. So I returned to get that done. When I got home I noticed a small blob of clear glue on my hood and a foot long minor scratch as if someone had placed a box of something on the hood leaking glue and then dragged it off when picking it up. These things were not a big deal but not 100% satisfaction either.
