Oil change took over 2 hours, also when I got into the car the mechanic passed gas in my car and I had open all windows when I left that’s rude!!!! I think you need to talk to your mechanics on this issue!!!!!! Not very professional. It’s disgusting.this rates low on my visit today!!

I made an appointment on line for 2:00, I arrived early at 1:30 and was told there was no appointment for me, however he checked me in. I went to the lounge, a few people came and went and I waited until 3:00 and then looked out in the service area and I saw my car was on a rack so I assumed they were going to work on it. At 3:30 I talked to the mechanic next to my car and he told me that the mechanic was not working, but rushed to the service manager who immediaely came out and apologized for the delay and told me that the line job that was to be done was free and also the next one. The day was a real bad experience however the service agent was very apologetic and by making the offer to me of the free line jobs was appreciated.

Auto Butler was included with the purchase of my vehicle. First visit today to get that and an oil change done. Was disappointed to find the interior not cleaned. It was explained to me by 2 different service Techs that "when you purchased the car, they should have told you that you have to ask for that." I purchased the car 6 months ago and there is a lot of info going back and forth. The optional interior clean should be a service offered at check in for Auto Butler service. You know, sell the product.
