In my opinion, that’s kind of a long time for an oil change.

- get me a loaner for the day
- provided a very quick and seamless check in process
- noted all my requests for service
- communicated promptly on progress
- vacuumed and washed my very dirty car
- provided knowledgeable and necessary fixes for the next appointment
- check out was quick and easy
I felt like was driving a new car when leaving
I was able to feel very confident that my car was ready for my long trip.
I wasn't planning on continuing with rapids for my service but Chad has made me change my mind
