Just had my car serviced(7/16/24), and I was worried bringing it in due to my past experience in buying the car. Despite Ricky Santiago and Alec Maze utilizing predatory sales tactics, I had a great experience working with Mike Estrada. I brought my car in for a paint protectant and Mr. Estrada reminded me of my free oil change, tire rotation, and diamond fusion application and did not hesitate to add all that to the appointment. Communication was horrible, not only with me but between the sales and service centers too. I was promised things by one person and told by another that you don’t do those. Not to mention I’m pretty sure they didn’t even touch the outside of my car or my windshield for the auto butler and diamond fusion. I am not happy with my service
