While the service itself was very satisfactory and Shawn Did a good job once I got once he focused on me, I was very disappointed in that I stood a good 5 minutes if not more and the service area waiting for someone to even acknowledge me and say they'd be right with me including Sean. I was standing right in front of him and he was very very busy doing all kinds of paperwork and looking at his computer and after 5 minutes I finally had to say mi in the right place for service and he said Oh I'll be with you shortly. Once he got I got his attention then he was fine. But I was disappointed in Rapids Honda that not one single person in that service area said anything to me until I asked if I was in the right spot.
