The technician needed the wheel lock to remove the tires. Wheel lock was located in the trunk inside it’s compartment clearly visible. The technician told Kyle that he cannot find it and Kyle informed me as such. I had to go back to search for it, go to American Tires where I had replaced the tires and asked for it. They are such a professional people told me that if Roseville Toyota cannot find it they are willing to pay for a new one. The service did not get complete due to lack of technician competence, I tool the car home and then noticed to wheel lock in the trunk. I have to return the car on Monday to be serviced now after waiting half a day of my Saturday.

My “no” has 0 to do with Mike. I signed in by some other person. The lady asked me if I wanted to do my 60k maintenance instead the the 52000 maintenance I was there for. Not sure why I would skip the 52 and jump straight to 60. I was told my wait time would be 1 hour and 20 minutes and when my car is ready that Mike would help me out. The lady was nice enough to point out who Mike was. 2 hours later I went to find out how much longer my car would be. Mike said “oh your car is done” he was very nice and helped me sign out. My small interaction with Mike was very short but great. Then as my car came up I noticed it wasn’t washed. I asked the girl and she said “you said you didn’t want a wash” I showed her the paperwork and it said I wanted the wash. She then asked in a rude tone if I wanted her to take it back to get washed, which I did. 15-20 minutes later I was on my way. If I didn’t have the maintenance package, which I won’t buy again in the future, I wouldn’t take my car here. Told 1 hour and 20 minutes and didn’t get out of there for 2 1/2 hours.
