I had to replace a tire on my 3 month old Camry and I didn't have an appointment. I was told it would take an hour when, in fact, I was made to wait 3 hours and was not offered a shuttle home. The excuse was that they had a lot of customers & didn't think to offer a shuttle. First time I have been treated so shabbily in 15 yrs as a customer.
