This was the first time I’ve taken my car to the Roseville location. Actually Cory helped me with drop off and pick up. He was very helpful and has great customer service skills. Everyone else from the appointment desk, phone operator and valet were great. Very good customer service. I also noticed that the department was extremely clean inside and out. The crew that worked last Sunday 9/15/19 should be recognized for their exceptional service!

Job well done. Always satisfied with my service. Although when I waited to pick up my truck. The gentleman drove pass me under the car port where you pic up then stopped at the very end. As I walked to my truck he sat inside chatted on his head set until I got up to the driver window and as he got out the truck he scuffles the paper off the dash while still chatting on his head set. This was all less then maybe a few minutes but just thought his process was clumsy.
