This is the second time I take my Toyota cars with Roseville Toyota and the technician said that will call me when the car is ready, but it didn’t happen. I waited the 1.5 hours I was told and nobody called or texted me. When I asked if it was ready, the associate told me, oh yes it is ready.
I wish you guys can really be pending on the progress and call customers when cars are done. I was in a hurry and didn’t feel the associate was tracking progress on my vehicle. Probably was ready ten or twenty minutes before I asked.
And like I said, it is the second time that it happens (consecutive).

My service advisor was great but when i dropped off my car he was occupied. There were 2 unoccupied service techs but nobody asked me if i had been helped. I stood there for 10 minutes before i had to ask another advisor if he could help me. Possibly have your unoccupied service techs look around and see if everyone has been helped.

Not Shane’s fault but my entire experience of having my window broken by you during my major service. Then being treated like you were doing me a favor to fix the issue you caused. I will never return. So disappointed that I had to push you to do what’s right. When I showed up Cole failed to inform anyone I was coming no one knew anything. Will never service any of my Toyotas at Roseville Toyota again. Very shady and unprofessional.
