Chris was very knowledgeable and was my parents, who were the original owners service coordinator all those years and he always treated them kindly. Russ and Joyce have sense passed away and I have inherited their vehicle last February 2021. My husband has been bringing in the vehicle for my mother for the last several years until she passed away. The team were all very professional and the vehicle maintenance went smoothly.

Molly was excellent! However I was upset by a few things: (1) Why did your staff call me at 9:00 am on Sunday morning & woke me up to remind me of my appointment? (2) when your staff pulled up my car after being serviced my key was not in sight. I found it on the floor under my rear seats. I wasted 10 minutes looking for it. (3) Once I departed I discovered somebody closed up my right side mirror. I had to pull over and open up the mirror. It was extremely annoying.
