I came in on Saturday 1-22-22 they told me to come back on Thursday to get my engine fix, which Roseville doesn’t allow rentals for the meantime and I have a kid and I didnt feel safe driving it, on the way home I managed to get a popped tire just because I had to pick up my car.

Michael went above and beyond with both professionalism and friendliness. I explained an issue that I had with running over an object that had dropped out of a truck on the highway. I told him that my husband worked at a different Toyota and we wanted to order the parts from there so we could use his discount. When my car was done, Michael provided me with a list of parts and their part numbers so that I could properly order everything we needed. I really appreciated his kindness. I also have always been able to get out of this dealership promptly when using any service, and have received nothing but friendliness and professional courtesy from all employees.

Car wasn’t washed after service was completed.
When I came in to pick up the car the ticket for the car was missing.
When the car was pulled up the valet jumped out and ran over to get the next car without telling me where the key fab was..
Guess there are more important cars to service than mine.
