They went out of their way to help me honor the quarantine order during the corona virus pandemic. They picked up my car, did it’s service and returned it. I have always had great service and enjoyed friendly relationships. I give them an A+

Very helpful staff, even in the midst of this pandemic. Clean facility and cleaners consistently walking around cleaning seats, etc Even hand sanitizers at the front desk! You should provide masks for your employees who are in direct contact with the public! Don’t put them at risk!!!

Cory Lunsford did a fantastic job and I have absolutely no complaints about his service. That being said, I am COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED with Toyota as a manufacturer. The issue I’m having with my Tacoma is a defect in the front differential and was previously addressed by another Toyota dealer as there was a Technical Service Bulletin for this specific issue. I am very upset that Toyota as a manufacturer would attempt to blame this problem on the aftermarket lift kit which was installed by the dealer prior to sale when the same exact problem is happening on completely stock Tacoma’s all over the country. Roseville Toyota installed the lift kit on my truck prior to it being sold new and now as the second owner of the vehicle, I am paying the price and having to “just deal with it” because Toyota won’t step up and take care of a commonly known issue just because it was addressed previously and that repair didn’t fix the problem. I personally think that the replacement part that was installed may in fact be defective, but Toyota USA refuses to address it at all. I was told that I would need to “return my vehicle to stock condition” before Toyota would look any further into this problem. My issue with that is that I did not buy my truck in “stock condition” and therefore I do not have ANY of the original suspension components which were replaced when Roseville Toyota installed the aftermarket lift kit.
This is my 5th Toyota truck and will likely be my LAST because of the HORRIBLE customer service that I have received from Toyota.
