Funny you should ask. First of all the staff you have working for you were all really nice and professional. I get my report back on all the things they did and I find it funny on how you guys can tell how much brake pads were left when they never took the tires off to look. I know this because one, I told them not to touch the tires and two I didn’t have my key to unlock the tire locks. What upset me the most was a lack of communication. I got a text my truck was ready and was told to go outside to valet to get it. .After a couple of minutes I see it drive by to get it washed. I went back in and asked why I was told it was ready when it hadn’t even been washed. I was told they had no idea because the inside does not communicate with the outside! Really??! When I did get my truck back it looked like all they did was run a hose over it. It was streaked with dirt, the rims had smudges all over them. If I had known I was waiting longer to have it look worse I would have passed on a wash! At least you should have wiped it down! I know there’s social distancing but didn’t think that applied to trucks! My nice new truck now has water spots and muddy smudges all over it.

Barbara was excellent but when I got the car from the valet the driver’s seat is wet as well as the driver’s side. The car wash was rushed and was just sprayed with water. It was was not dried. I just don't know if that is how it is supposed to be.

Austin was great but not happy that I was told my vehicle was fix and I arrived at 12 and they couldn’t get my vehicle started to bring it up to me. This was the reason it was there, I returned at 3 and they charged me and took off a dealership added security system that was not activated and said my truck was fixed. I lefr with my vehicle and went to the store with my wife and when I came out to leave my truck would not start. I had to have the vehicle towed back to you for the second time in the same day. Hope this gets handled on Monday.
