The service took over 2 hrs when promised 1 hr tops. Car was not washed as per service agreement. There was a bungee cord hanging on the front grill which I do not know what was use for and for what.

Paul was very helpful however the brake problem that I was complaining was still there. I addressed this for almost a year and every time I come to have it checked, I was told it's normal. I was very happy with Toyota. I have a Sequoia too. Right now, I'mm very unhappy and seriously reluctant to refer any Toyota cars to anyone I know.

Michael North did an outstanding job providing an excellent customer experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient (met every time commitment) and effective with his communication (explaining all information in a easily to understand manner).
Also, Michael was very accommodating in that he allowed my vehicle to remain at the dealership while I purchased a new car from Roseville Toyota on my date of service. I will retrieve my vehicle the next business day.
