Conner has always been professional, courteous and with a smile. There has been nothing that I have ask him that he did not know the answer to, or he would find the answer. If I had a company I would hire him. In fact I had a problem and another Toyota agency was going to charge me $762.00 to fix it and Conner said it is a minor problem and had it fixed for nothing. That is why I will always bring my 2 Toyota’s to Connner.

I tried Folsom Toyota first and it was a fiasco from the 3 calls to try to get an appointment to the bad service when I arrived. Plus they were taking zero safety precautions. I didn’t stay. Instead I booked a simple online appointment with your office and from start to finish it was a night and day difference. Your office was prompt, responsive, knowledgable and friendly.
