The Dealership was busy when I arrived. Barbara was extremely friendly when taking my information. When she realized it was my first time having my vehicle serviced, she thanked me for choosing Roseville Toyota. Barbara checked me in, advised me how long my wait would probably be. She verified my contact information and let me know she would text me when vehicle was ready. Barbara again thanked me and directed me to the waiting area and let me know there was free refreshments down the hallway.
I appreciate Barbara friendly welcome and genuine attention despite how busy the service center was when I arrived. Her customer Service is very refreshing in today’s world.

Took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation (with an appointment). I was told 40 minutes to an hour. Luckily I didn’t have another appointment to go to. Service desk clerk was very friendly and kept me informed though.
