My service rep Payton squeezed me in 3 days earlier than my scheduled appointment on Monday. I can’t tell you how grateful and appreciative I am. Thanks again for that Payton. However I was missing a 1/4 tank of gas and the maintenance required soon light wasn’t reset. My odometer was only 4miles more than when I dropped it off so I know the service guy wasn’t joy riding in my truck. They replaced my fuel pump so I guess that’s where the gas went. I think they should of replicas my gas.

Rachel was great! The circumstances sucked. I went to pick up my car after getting new rims. I notice one tire is reading 8psi. An hour and a half later I had to get a rental so the could fix their mistake.

Sam did exactly what I asked him to do. But to provide excellent customer service I would recommend going above and beyond what the customer ask. For example in this service activity Sam got my car scratch fixed and the door window clean. But if he went above and beyond than he would have gotten my whole car detailed from front to back, top to bottom, inside and outside. Thanks

I brought my car in cause it stalled I was told by o” Reilly auto parts after a battery test that my alternator needed replacement. Your service department checked my vehicle and said it wasn’t and nothing wrong with altenataor or battery. I was charged $90.00 for this and I thought they would do a diagnostic on my car and find out why it stalled maybe the fuel pump or a clogged fuel line but they didn’t do that and I was basically charged $90.00 to not find out the problem. I thought the reason you do a complete diagnostic is to tell the customer the problem. I was told if my car stalls again to bring it in for another look.. But I feel I should be reimbursed the $90.00 cause I didn’t have the reason for my car stalling.. so if it does it again and I bring it in and they discovered it is fuel pump or clogged line I think that should of been found initially and since it is under warranty I would not have to paid on my first visit.. that’s why I bought e tended warranty so I don’t have to much out of pocket costs.. thank you though for your time I am usually satisfied when I bring my car there for service.
