Regrettably had a poor experience. Arrived before my appointment (3:45pm) after waiting a while outside I was told to go inside to speak to any of the service rep. Went inside only to be told to go back outside by the rep who was assigned to my appointment. She then later came back out and said she was only helping my wife and I because others were “too busy”… even though she was assigned rep per the confirmation. Irritating experience. Usually I drive in, get greeted, we firm up what I need and I go on my way. It’s easy. That’s why I keep coming back.
I also asked for the tires to be rotated prior to the appointment and when I was back to pick up the car she told me the tires weren’t rotated because your glove box was locked for the wheel lock. Would’ve appreciated a call. The wheel lock wasn’t locked up, it was in the center counsel. Normally they ask me were the wheel lock is prior to the service (which makes sense). I completely forgot even to say anything but her approach felt like “well it’s your fault and I just don’t care”. :(
No need to follow up with me. All my prior experiences have been great with the exception of this one. I plan to come back hopefully next time it is the same experience as before.

I asked that the drive shift lite be checked and it wasn't. They sent a guy and he asked that I bring the car some other day then a Saturday. I said that I work 6 to 7 days a week. Sure miss Ryan!!!

Came in with my newly purchased certified used 4 Runner. The maintenance light was on. I also needed to setup window repair for a chip since I have warranty. Charged $40 for basically tire rotation and washer topoff since car was only purchased in Dec.
Then the glass wasn't even scheduled for repair or attempted. Luis forgot after he had called the technician and left a message. I was then given a card to make an appointment on my own. Seems strange your service department doesn't do this for a car with warranty.
Waited 20 minutes despite no line to see someone. Car was in an out because nothing was done. No vacuum or cleaning. Just a very average experience, less than considering I just spent $50,000 on a car there. Not impressed.
