I had an appointment at 9am on Friday for an oil change and when I arrived on time I was told by Q that it would take about 2 1/2 hours. I told him I would be waiting there. I checked back in after 2 1/2 hours with no update and noticed my car had barely moved. I received no explanation as to why my car hadn’t been worked on yet. After 3 1/2 hours my car was ready with no apology or explanation as to why it took so long. This has happened on my past several visits and don’t think I will be back for the poor communication and long wait times.
