I need someone to call me. There is very little communication from your company anymore. I've had three Toyotas serviced there for over 10 years. This is the worst of my experiences there. A major repair wasn't completed and nobody told me or calls me back. I've spent $30 just for transport from and to Norm Reeves. Was told my car was done but it wasn't.

Between my cars and my family members I brought like 6-7 cars for service at your shop. I never felt treated well enough but I still kept coming back. But enough is enough. Yesterday was the last time you will see me there. After 1 hour waiting I got out to check my car and the car barely moved from where I parked. I had nr 2 when I arrived and I figured it will be quick but NO . After I told to one of the representatives that I need my car keys to go they decided to print the paperwork and send the car in. It took another 30 minutes to finish my car and when I finally got it I checked the report for any recommendation and it was all good. My tires are in a bad condition and I knew it but the report didn’t say anything about it which tells me that you don’t even care anymore. And yeah I’m not at all satisfied with your service and this is not the only time but I don’t have time to write all the adventures on your service. So I’m sorry but you won’t see me back there and I know I’m just a customer but I assure you that I’m not the only one that isn’t happy. Take care
