I was advised my front tire and back tire on the passenger side needs to be changed in line with the service report. When I got the car back, both front tires were changed. I called and left several messages yesterday and never heard back. This morning, I received a brief text message saying 'yes, 2 tires were changed'. That is not what I asked to confirm. I wanted to know if the mechanic changed correct tires and it is safe for me to drive. Very unsatisfied with the sevice.

I would like to provide feedback regarding the awareness of maintenance schedules at your service center. When I brought my GR Corolla in for service, the service advisor almost neglected to perform an oil change. I understand that the standard Corolla has a 10,000-mile oil change interval, but the GR variant requires a 5,000-mile interval and uses 0W-20 oil. I recommend that your service advisors receive additional training to prevent potential costly repairs.
