When I got there at my appointment time, I was told by mona that it’ll take an hour for my service to be complete. An hour and fifteen minutes later they haven’t even started working on my car, somehow they completely forgot about my car. I planned my business around the timeframe that I was given so I had no choice to take my car before my service was done. Mona first denied that she told me service would be completed in an hour, told me she said 2 hours. Then admitted that she said one hour but she had no idea what was going on outside because she was inside the entire time. Nonsense excuses. When I was trying to decide when I want to come back she was extremely condescending and rude! She gave me the worst experience any customer can have. If you really value my opinion like you claim in your advertisements and emails, I expect a follow up and update about accountabilty in your service department.

The only reason it wasn’t a straight up yes, is because in his crush busy AM, Richard forgot to set my time expectations of how long the diagnostic would take to be completed. After an hour I became impatient, and asked how long the process would take, and was a bit surprised when he said a couple hours. He sincerely apologized for not setting my expectations, and I appreciated that. The rest of my interaction with him was great. I was otherwise very, very happy with the service he provided me with as an out of town traveler who needed help with my Prius. Highly recommend your shop.
