Today Monday September 30th 2024 I took my car in because there was a nail in the tire left side rear. I discussed the problem with Oscar Ortega we came to the understanding that if the nail was on the sidewall the tire would be removed and a new tire replaced. Oscar Ortega told me that it would be at least a two and a half hour wait. I was okay with that. After two and a half hours I spoke with a different person because Oscar had gone to lunch. As I was speaking to that other person about my car the mechanic Jaime Hernandez came up to us to tell us there was a nail in the tire and what should he do. Also at this point he drove my car as if to give it back to me. I was Furious that my car had to be put back on the Hoist because Jaime Hernandez did not do what was written on the work order. Oscar Ortega then came up to me to see the problem I told him that we had discussed what needed to be done and it was not done and my car had to go back up to the Hoist to replace the tire. Oscar Ortega made the excuse that Jaime Hernandez was just a kid which made me even more Furious. That was plain incompetence on the part of either Jaime Hernandez or Oscar Ortega had everything gone as the work order had stated everything would have been fine but now I had to wait an extra 20 to 30 minutes that I had not planned on doing. That extra 20 to 30 minutes that I had to wait meant I had to bump a couple of appointments I had planned on after the tire had been fixed. Oscar Ortega did Apologize and made amends but to excuse the mechanic Jaime Hernandez as being just a kid is unexcusable
