Despite explicitly outlining challenges of having low tire pressure alerts and other alerts occurring after departing following previous services at Norm Reeves Honda at Cerritos Auto Square, I experienced the very same message alerts on my way home. Is it to much to expect the technicians would reset / recalibrate sensors following servicing? Particularly when proactively explaining what occurred to Manny when checking-in.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I have a 2 year old CRV and haven’t taken it in for just an oil change. There is always something else recommended that is pretty pricey. I always do it fearful of I don’t it will negate my warranty.

Initial time window given for diagnostic to be completed was not met. Caused me to miss a day of work and not be able to properly plan my day. Unresponsive service tech. Made multiple attempts to get status update on vehicle with no answer. Car was left on when I came to pick it up. Service was incomplete upon arrival. Was told I would have to bring car back in for another 3-5 days to get all work done!!! Aloof responses when asked about loner cars. Overall very dissatisfied. Will be looking for another Honda dealer for future service.
